Rapier is a dex weapon, hence it has pretty good dex scaling. While a Raw-Infusion give slightly more base damage it also greatly reduces scaling. If you (for some reason) only have the minimum needed stats tu weil it efficently go for raw. But if you increased your Dex stat, no infusion is likely to be the most optimal choice.Without infusion I'm doing around 280 damage with with blast, about 900 with the blast and blade both hitting.
