Relic not active. As per title I am at the enclave, I am told to go look at the relic. When I go in, all I have is relic not active when I try to use it. Apparently the person I was playing with said I should get something about reshaping my weapon. I have 3 times now completed the investigation mission and collected the item at the end of it.
