I disagree. I no longer carry cleave or great cleave on my barbarian. Especially since the release of strikethough i have no trouble hitting multiple enemies. You really only need 3 buttons to play barb dps. 1) Cracking attack 2) adrenaline 3) boulders might. For cleaves i have Boulders might and Tantrum from FB T5 tree those are sufficient for me.
