I'm in a similar boat as you (same goal score, timing, similar Uworld percentage for CARS). In my opinion, the UWorld passage questions have been harder than AAMC QPacks. When I'm doing an AAMC passage, usually I can answer half the questions relatively quickly, but with UWorld it takes me longer and I barely answer in time.
