Simply safe entry sensor.
I currently only have entry sensors and I have been putting them in test mode in the past few days (with the interactive monitoring plan). I was told by Simplisafe that if I do so, I should get a phone call for each sensor being tested. However each time I test my sensors, some will respond (and I will get a phone call), some will not.

Can I get a replacement for the entry sensor part that attaches to the window casing? It is the larger of the two parts. I have the mounting bracket and part that attaches to the window sash. The window roller shade bottom bar gets stuck under the sensor. In hindsight, I should have mounted the sensor as low as possible.Lastly, the garage motion sensor works well in an unheated area, but is on secret alert only.
