Nothings happened. With my first I had it done (2 cm dilated) at 10 am and stared contractions at 6pm. But I had also been having contractions the night before, they just stopped for 12 hours. So not sure if I was already there or if the S&S kick started it. Super uncomfortable though and mildly painful but not bad.
